Be the first to experience the artistry, imagination, and ambition of the upcoming season at Crafted: First Look, an intimate weekend celebrating the launch of Golden State Ballet’s 2026–27 season.

Hosted at the GSB Studios, this special fall event offers audiences a rare opportunity to step inside the creative process and experience dance up close. The evening will feature world premiere works created by and on Golden State Ballet artists alongside exclusive preview excerpts from upcoming productions later in the season, including our spring triple bill and Giselle.

More than a performance, Crafted: First Look is a celebration of the artists, collaborators, and supporters who bring each season to life.

Guests will enjoy:

• Live performances in an intimate studio setting

• Food, drinks, and opportunities to mingle with artists and creatives

• A silent auction benefiting Golden State Ballet’s General Fund

• Exclusive underwriting opportunities supporting the 2026–27 season

Throughout the evening, patrons will have the opportunity to directly support specific artistic elements of upcoming productions, including choreography, music licensing, costumes, scenic design, and more. These underwriting gifts help transform ideas into fully realized performances on stage while sustaining Golden State Ballet’s mission of creating bold, artist-driven work in San Diego.
