Scarlett Learned, Apprentice
Scarlett Learned began her training in Cranford New Jersey at the age of 6 at Yvette’s Dance Studio.
In 2021, she went on to train at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under the direction of Darla Hoover and Noelani Pantastico. There, she had the opportunity to perform exciting roles in ballets including George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, Walpurgisnacht, Serenade, and original works by Alan Hineline. As a student, she spent summers training at the School of American Ballet and Miami City Ballet.
After graduating in 2024, she joined the New Jersey Ballet as a trainee under Maria Karowski. During her two years there, she worked closely with the company performing in ballets including Swan Lake, Balanchine’s Serenade, Sleeping Beauty, and The Nutcracker.
Scarlett is excited to join Golden State Ballet as an apprentice and begin her professional career!
